Little Wahaca is a vintage food caravan selling Latin American food. They are a small family business owned by husband and wife team Brodie and Trent. Trent had a dream of creating this caravan after being a chef on the Gold Coast for the last 17 years and the pair finally finished it in May this year. Only six months after their baby was born!
Their food is amazing. Co-owner Brodie says “Trent is a fantastic chef and very passionate about making food fresh and from scratch, using traditional Latin methods and ingredients tailoring the menu to the event.”
Little Wahaca use local and imported ingredients changing their menu seasonally. They also have vegan and vegetarian options available.
