The Hummingbird and Co Catering kitchen is a fully renovated vintage caravan that comes fully set up with tables chairs and decor. Owned by a husband and wife team, co-owner Angelica says, “We both come from a strong background in hospitality and catering having run our own restaurant in the past so though the venture is new we do come with a lot of industry experience to deliver quality organic, bio-regional meals and we use only organic free range eggs.”
Their little van adds a sense of fun and occasion to any event. The Hummingbird and Co team focus on providing quality meals at affordable prices lavished with thoughtful details.
The pair are local to Wollongbar and are passionate about local produce, growing all their own organic herbs and have been developing their own pantry and deli line which they showcase in their menu including balsamic glaze, labna, onion jam, chilli pickles.
